CONFIDENTIAL · TAKES A FEW MINUTES
What is your advisory practice actually worth?
Most valuation tools ask three questions and hand you a multiple. Buyers don’t work that way. This one models your practice the way an acquirer’s underwriting team does — recurring revenue mix, growth, client demographics, concentration — and returns a range instead of a number, because a range is the honest answer.

What the model measures

Inputs that move price
AUM and trailing-twelve revenue set the floor. What moves the multiple is the quality underneath: how much revenue recurs, how fast it grows, how old the client base is, and how much sits with your ten largest relationships. Those four factors separate a 2× book from a 3.5× book at identical revenue.

A model, not a rule of thumb
The calculator derives a base multiple from recurring-revenue mix, then adjusts for growth, client age and concentration. Every adjustment is bounded — no single input can swing the result implausibly. The applied multiple is shown alongside the range, so nothing hides behind a black box.

A range, not a number
Anyone handing you a single figure is guessing with false confidence. Real transactions land inside a band set by deal structure, buyer type and how much of the price is contingent. You get a conservative case, a likely case, and what a well-prepared sale can reach.
Confidential by default
Nothing is listed, published, or shared with any buyer without your explicit go-ahead. The model is free, and sellers are never charged a fee — you get the output whether or not you ever speak to anyone.

The report takes about a minute and stays private. If you want to walk through the result with someone, we’ll email you and schedule a call within 48 hours — and if you’d rather just have the number and think about it, that’s a perfectly good outcome too.
